Tibia and fibula shaft fracture are common among young old, if they not managed correctly, can be debilitating in long term. Management of these fractures depends on severity,stability, pattern fracture. Options range from conservative management by plate to external fixation, especially the case an open Unfortunately, ideal fixation option (commonly used or nail) implant is always available operation theatre, such circumstances closed reduction properly maintained lead malunion, age when healing very rapid malunion early induced arthritis many other complications1. here we discuss a 15-year-old male with left distal tibia malunited 11 monthsold, who presented complaints pain deformity over 1/3 rd right lower leg, patient required internal 4-holePHILOS (PROXIMAL HUMERAL INTERNAL LOCKING SYSTEM) for andLCP(Locking Compression Plate) fibula. We conclude that cases osteotomy PHILOSplating correction gives good result.
